The serial numbers are: C 03583176 A, C 03583177 A, C 03583178 A

The letter “C” signifies the Federal Reserve Bank in Philadelphia. The serial number starts with the letter C”, which also signifies the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank. The first notes printed were the C-A block.
