Cuvée Pink Fever Rosé Sleeve from Maison Carbon is a meticulously crafted champagne that embodies elegance and precision. This rosé is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, and 25% Meunier, fermented entirely in small oak barrels without malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees for six years, this champagne reveals a captivating nose of marine elements and white flowers, evolving into rich notes of butter, praline, and honey. The palate is delicate yet full-bodied, with flavors of peanut, caramelized salted butter, and fine wood, leading to a precise and refined finish.

— Aroma: Captivating and precise, with marine elements like pebble and shell, complemented by white flowers, aniseed, fennel, and a progression to butter, cream, praline, honey, and mocha.
