These are designed in the UK and manufactured in India.

Are these non slip? Would it be difficult to walk in snowy/slick conditions?

These are non slip. They have a durable rubber sole. They are more of a fashion boot but would handle some wintery conditions, but we wouldn't recommend heavy use in the snow, only for commuting short distances.
