Ancient Rome. Hadrian (117-138 AD). Excellent silver denarius, struck 119-122, set into a .925 silver and leather men’s bracelet. Coin struck at Rome mint, and depicts his laureate head right, IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG around. The back depicts Salus seated left feeding serpent entwined around altar/ P M TR P COS III, SAL AVG below. A fantastic and wearable jewelry piece!
