Ancient Mongol Arrowheads // 1200-1400 AD
A rare collection of ancient Mongol iron arrowheads, dating from 1200-1400 AD. Each with a leaf-shaped blade and long tang which would have been affixed to the arrow shaft. Each Mongol warrior would have carried several quivers, each containing arrows for different purposes. These arrowheads were shot with great accuracy to a distance of up to 200 yards! They exhibit heavy oxidation and rust.
